- 5/4 cup of grated carrots
- 1 cup of flower
- 1 teaspoon of stevia
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract
- 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 0.5 cup of chopped walnuts
Directions
Chicken Avocado Melt
- Mix eggs and stevia
- Add oil and vanilla to the mix
- Mix dry ingredients together (flower, baking sode and powder, salt and cinnamon)
- Mix dry and wet ingredients together
- Add grated carrots and walnuts to the mix
- Bake on 350 F for 50-55 minutes
- Cut the cake and enjoy!
