Ingedients

Main Ingredients

  • 5/4 cup of grated carrots
  • 1 cup of flower
  • 1 teaspoon of stevia
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup of chopped walnuts

Directions

Chicken Avocado Melt

  1. Mix eggs and stevia
  2. Add oil and vanilla to the mix
  3. Mix dry ingredients together (flower, baking sode and powder, salt and cinnamon)
  4. Mix dry and wet ingredients together
  5. Add grated carrots and walnuts to the mix
  6. Bake on 350 F for 50-55 minutes
  7. Cut the cake and enjoy!
